Virtual Dynamix 's Booking & Cancellation Policy Cancellation Policy: - Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. - No refunds for cancellations. Rescheduling Policy: - Reschedule up to 48 hours before the appointment. - Payments for rescheduled bookings will be applied to the new date. - Rescheduling within 48 hours may lead to forfeiture of booking fee. Booking Limits: - Earliest booking: 2 weeks before the appointment. - Latest booking: 24 hours prior to the appointment. Note: These policies ensure efficient scheduling and fairness for all clients.
