Virtual Dynamix Corp StudioX Rules: Usage Guidelines

We are excited to have you at StudioX by Virtual Dynamix Corp! To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all, we kindly ask you to observe the following guidelines during your time with us:

1. Indoor Footwear Policy: Please refrain from wearing outdoor shoes inside the studio spaces. We recommend bringing indoor shoes or socks. For events such as wedding shoots, ensure that all shoes are thoroughly cleaned to avoid any damage fees.

2. No Food or Beverages: To maintain our studio’s cleanliness, we do not allow food or beverages inside the studio spaces. A designated lunch area is available for use. 

3. Pet Accommodation: Pets are welcome with prior approval. Please note, a non-refundable cleaning fee of $35.00 will be applied to your booking for pet accommodations.

4. Exclusive Use of Rental Space: The rented space is for your exclusive use. Subleasing, sharing, or assigning the rental space, in part or whole, is strictly prohibited.

5. Studio Condition: Kindly return the studio to its initial condition at the conclusion of your booking. A cleaning fee ranging from $30-$100 will be assessed for spaces not left in a ready state for subsequent clients.

6. Timely Arrival: To maximize your studio time, we suggest arriving punctually. This will also allow you time to familiarize yourself with our facilities.

7. Property Care: Please ensure all studio property, including furniture and props, is returned to its original place. All garbage should be disposed of in the provided receptacles.

8. Staff and Monitoring: For safety and compliance, our staff may conduct checks if there are concerns about noise, potential property damage, or rule violations. They will always knock and notify you before entering. Security cameras are also always on to ensure a safe and secure operation. 

9. Prohibited Content: Please be advised that adult or pornographic content production is not permitted within our studio and spaces.

10. Alcohol and Intoxication Policy: Alcohol is not permitted on the premises. We reserve the right to ask any intoxicated person to leave for the safety and comfort of all clients.

11. Smoke-Free and Drug-Free Environment: Smoking, vaping and the use of recreational drugs are not allowed within the studio premises.

12. Designated Studio Use: Please remain within the studio space you have booked. If you wish to explore other studios, our staff will gladly assist you. 

13. Fire Safety: Active flames are prohibited in the studio. Fire extinguishers are available at key locations for emergency use only!

14. Respect and Compliance: Failure to adhere to these guidelines or showing disrespect to staff or other clients may lead to immediate booking termination and potential future booking restrictions.

15. Sound Consideration: As our studios are not soundproof, please keep noise levels, including music, to a considerate volume. Explicit content in music is not permitted. Excessive noise will be addressed by staff intervention.
